I encounter so many churches that struggle with their Missions Outreach . They feel their church is too small to do anything, or their church is bigger, but they are overwhelmed at the ‘how’ and the ‘what’. That’s where I want to come along side you and your church and help you sort through the ‘what can I afford’, ‘how can we afford’, and the ‘where do we start’. Not to change your focus, or over load your people - but to simply maximize that focus. There are things you can do regardless of size or previous experience - there are missions needs that fit your church’s vision.
It's not the finances that stop you - it's the fear of negative financial impact. As a Pastor or leader, you're afraid greater involvement in Missional Outreach will negatively impact normal church finances. And after 2 years of pandemic, church growth stagnation, and increased financial obligations (think inflation), you are afraid to take the risk.
That's why I'm doing what I'm doing - I want to come along side, hear your church’s heart, look at what you're already doing for Missional Outreach, and through our large supply of contacts, personnel, and projects we can maximize your efforts.
